Weekend Getaway

Weekend getaways are the best. Living in North Georgia makes it very easy to hit the road to some great locations. I find myself planning weekend trips to Greenville, South Carolina and Asheville, North Carolina most often…but I also love visiting Nashville, Savannah, Charleston and Birmingham. {Side note: Let’s Go will feature all four cities soon!}

When I go on weekend trips, I like to pack two weekenders. One tote for clothes, shoes and jewelry…and the other for all my bathroom supplies. Not even kidding! It takes one full tote (packed to the brim) of bathroom supplies to turn me from a caterpillar to a butterfly. Ha! I’m leaving tomorrow for a long weekend getaway to Colorado. So excited! Packing for this trip has been a challenge, as I tend to overpack. No surprises there though, I’m sure!
