I have this thing for candles. {Especially if company is coming over! I light one in every room.} My favorite time to burn a candle is early in the morning. I find the soft light, coffee and quietness rather peaceful. There are certain scents that seem to provide a balm to my soul…it’s like they take you to your happy place without leaving the home. Candles make “good for you” gifts, too. They are long lasting, pretty and invite contemplation ~ all important when giving a gift to someone special.
