It’s time to tee it up betweeeeeen the Hedges!

You can’t beat a fall Saturday at The University of Georgia. The historic hedges of Sanford Stadium come alive when the RedCoat Band soloist awakes the entire Bulldog Nation with the Battle Hymn. I mean, I get goose bumps just thinking about that moment. The blend of Georgia legends and current Dawgs in the pre-game video are sure to send chills up your spine as well. And on top of that… It’s narrated by the one and only Larry Munson.

“Glory, Glory to ole’ Georgia. Heros have graced the field before you. Men with hearts, bodies and minds of which the entire Bulldog Nation can be justifiably proud. The tradition of unbridled excellence demonstrated by these individuals and many others spans more than a full century. And now a new breed of Bulldog stands ready to take the field of battle. To assume the reigns of their Georgia forebearers. To continue that tradition. Understanding that there is no tradition more worthy of envy. Hours before each game, you can find me tailgating {with friends that are more like family} on the historic North Campus. While the menu is important and discussed weeks in advance… “What are you wearing?” IS the priority of each Saturday in Athens.
